Our wellbeing staff and trained volunteers provide a range of one-to-one support that enhances wellbeing and helps boosts confidence and independence.
Feedback shows that our input can enable you to understand and improve how you are feeling.
We can also help you connect with your community and to access other opportunities and support.
As well as one to one staff support for wellbeing over an agreed number of sessions, we also offer a Check and Chat service, with a friendly volunteer phoning you for a regular catch up over a few weeks.
We also have a team of Trusted Friend volunteers who can offer some short-term support to help you get back out and about confidently in your community. The volunteer can accompany you for a walk in the park or perhaps come with you the first time you access a local group or activity.
We all have periods where our mood can take a dip and we feel low, or times when we feel stressed and worried or isolated and lonely, why not call us to see how we might be able help you.
