Finding Help Forum Coordinator
Could you co-ordinate support for individuals and families with complex needs? We are recruiting for a new Finding Help Forum Coordinator to support people who are struggling with a wide range of difficulties, including mental health, housing, social care, isolation, lifestyle changes, and domestic violence.
Relief Workers
Would you like a flexible, paid role that makes a real difference to people when they need it most? We are recruiting for Relief Workers. These roles don’t have fixed hours – you can work when it’s convenient to you and get paid over £12 an hour for doing so! We are looking for workers who have the skills to work in one or more of our core services.
Every day, Care Network helps people overcome practical challenges, stay independent and feel more connected to the communities around them. Our work also supports the wider health and social care system by helping people return home safely from hospital and access the right support before problems escalate.

I’m so grateful for the Community Car Scheme. Having a friendly volunteer pick me up, help me get in and out of the car, and make sure I arrive safely takes away so much stress, it’s an outstanding local service.
It was great to get all that info sent to us. We are working our way through it. Mum has had contact with a social worker and we have sorted some groups for her to go to.
Everyone is so busy these days. I got just what I asked for and more. It was great and I think I’m doing as well as can be.
