If you’re concerned that you or someone you know may be struggling, becoming isolated, finding it difficult to cope at home or simply needs some extra support, please get in touch.

You don’t need to know exactly what help is needed or which service is right. Tell us what’s happening and our team will listen, help you understand the options available and guide you towards appropriate support.

When should I raise a concern?

Sometimes it’s difficult to know when someone needs help. You may have noticed a change in their circumstances, behaviour or ability to manage everyday life, or you may simply have a feeling that something isn’t quite right.

Who can contact us?

Anyone can raise a concern with us. You can contact us about yourself, a family member, friend, neighbour or someone else in your community who you believe may need support.

We also welcome contact from health and social care professionals, community organisations and other professionals who are concerned about someone they are supporting.

How Care Network Cambridgeshire may be able to help

Depending on the person’s circumstances, support may be available through Help at Home, RISE or Community Support, or we may be able to help identify other appropriate services or organisations.

Our team will listen to your concerns, consider what support may be appropriate and help identify the next steps.
