We’ll never stop caring
Over 35 years ago a local vicar’s wife set up Care Network as a response to the lack of support for people after a hospital stay. And we haven’t stopped since! With our specialist teams and dedicated volunteer network, our Help at Home, Community Navigator and Wellbeing Services continue to respond to changing local needs. One thing that doesn’t change: we’re here and we care.
