Every donation you make can change a life.
Your donation will enable us to reach more people across Cambridgeshire, reducing loneliness and isolation, and helping people live independently and with dignity.
With your help we can continue to:
- Make sure people don’t come home from hospital to cold, lonely houses and empty cupboards.
- Help older people stay in their own home for longer, with the right support.
- Provide companionship to people who are lonely and isolated, who might otherwise not talk to someone for days, or weeks.
- Support local communities to be more active in looking after the health and wellbeing of everyone who lives there.

Fundraise for us
Whether you are part of a community group which nominates a charity to fundraise for each year, would like to run a cake sale at work, or want to take part in a personal challenge we would love to hear from you.
We can provide you with the ideas, support, information and materials to make your fundraising a success.
Trusts and Foundations
We are privileged to work with a number of Trusts and Foundations to deliver our shared objectives. We view our relationships as a partnership, and welcome the opportunity to explore how we can continue to work together – on new ideas, or to sustain work that is making a real difference.
We value all the grants we receive from our funders. In return, we promise to always be open, honest and accountable. We will provide regular updates on the impact your funding is having, as well as opportunities for you and trustees to meet with our staff and visit the projects you are funding.
We are passionate about partnership and working together to deliver joint goals.
Whether that is looking for ways to meet the needs of our shared clients and communities, or boosting employee engagement through fundraising for a local cause, we would love to hear from you.
Drop our Fundraising Manager, Alison Lyons a line if you would like to discuss how we might work together.
