Care Network Cambridgeshire, established as a charity in 1986, grew from a group of volunteers in the 1970s who supported people in their communities to live independently and stay connected.
Today, we continue this mission, putting people at the heart of everything as we support adults and communities to improve their health and wellbeing through a person-centred approach.
This annual impact review highlights our work and impact over the financial year from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025.
