During the Covid-19 outbreak we are providing essential support to adults across Cambridgeshire Monday to Friday each week including

Delivering essential supplies and prescriptions – If you are on your own without nearby help we can carry out an emergency food shop or collect your prescription. Please call 01223 714433

Wellbeing support – While we are isolated it is important to feel some connection to other people. We can arrange a regular check in and chat with one of our volunteers OR if you are struggling with anxiety or low mood our staff can offer additional support to help you cope better with these challenging feelings and to look after your wellbeing. Please call 0330 094 5750*. We are happy for you to contact us on behalf of another person, (if they have given you their permission to contact us) or for yourself. *Calls cost standard rate as on 01 or 02 number.

Finding the right support – with things changing so quickly trying to work out what support is available can be overwhelming. Our Community Navigators are ready to help you find the right local support for you.
