Help at Home Senior Coordinator. 

This is a full time post, based in Long Road, Cambridge.  .  You will manage our small county-wide team of co-ordinators who work with a pool of volunteers to provide support for people who are finding it difficult to manage on their own, perhaps through illness or hospital admission.  You will have excellent interpersonal skills, as well as being able to manage the team and promote the service to our partners.  You will work closely with the service manager and Senior Coordinators in our other services.  Accurate record keeping, an enhanced DBS check and a full driving licence are essential.  Salary £25,106 pa for a 37 hour week.

Volunteer Role

Were you over 60 when you moved or had adaptations made to your home? Are you flexible and supportive, and would you like to help others?

We are looking for a volunteer to help those over 60 who are considering modifications to their home or moving. You will listen to their needs and reassure them, support the Community Development Worker when they visit Local groups to talk about moving in later life and complete simple questionnaires.
