Health and Wellbeing Network Co-ordinator

We are looking for a capable, enthusiastic person to join our small team linking people in need with community organisations that can support them.   You will have an excellent telephone manner and empathise with the needs of older and vulnerable people while keeping accurate records, you will be capable of attending meetings as a representative of the network.    The job is based in our office at Hardwick, near Cambridge and work 25-30 hours a week (times and days to be agreed).   Salary is £23,037 pro rata (£11.97 per hour).   Applications- CV and covering letter - by midday 14th May  to , interviews will be held on 21st or 22nd May.  Please note the successful candidate will be employed by Care Network Cambridgeshire and seconded to the Health and Wellbeing Network.

Volunteer Role

Were you over 60 when you moved or had adaptations made to your home? Are you flexible and supportive, and would you like to help others?

We are looking for a volunteer to help those over 60 who are considering modifications to their home or moving. You will listen to their needs and reassure them, support the Community Development Worker when they visit Local groups to talk about moving in later life and complete simple questionnaires.
